I have this bombe lugs UG ref 206513-3, steel case with screwed caseback and cal 332.
34.5mm excluding crown, 18mm lug width.

Can’t seem to find much information about this reference anywhere. Should be produced around 52-55 according to the serial number and charts I compared with. Is this a precursor to the Polerouter?

What would a resonable price to be if I would sell it? Rather good looking sector dial but it got patina, case looks used but ok (I don’t know how these case looked original though).
Movement is running good and keeping time but no known service history.

The triple date was always going off to a watchmaker on arrival so, as long as you didn't pay too much, it'll all work out alright in the end. Relax and enjoy the 262.

I’ve had several watches that left the seller running and arrived dead as a doornail. That is why most of us send watches directly in for a service upon arrival. Part of the cost of aquisition. The triple will clean up nicely. You need a watchmaker that doesn’t bring out the holy water, cross and garlic when they see a UG.

That’s very true, I don’t think I over paid. Would have been nice to tinker with it a little before sending it out it is what it is though. No doubt about it I really enjoy this 262 love the font. Yours however is in immaculate condition an very beautiful.

Yeah it happens, I was expecting to have some work done on it regardless with the hour hand. All good though it seems there are a lot of loose parts on eBay. Only thing I need to do is find a watchmaker that doesn’t bust out a bible, holy water, cross, etc lol

Not always lasered in these days, waiting for our Orange Nightmare to go away. I like your watch a lot. Its interesting. I’d also put a value on it of 500 USD.

This triple date showed up in the mail today. Very happy with it doing some research I’m thinking the case could be original and that this watch was made in Portugal. I’ve seen other UGs with the same 19kt gold standard not marked traditionally by UG. which if I’m not mistaken could mean Early 40s made under the dictator António de Oliveira Salazar banned the import of gold into the country. UG got around this by sending just the movements and the cases would be made in that country to there gold standard.
