Possible redial on a Rolex Explorer?

Hey all!

I've been looking at purchasing a vintage Rolex Explorer and have found this example. It looks like the crystal is scratched up and worn, but am looking for second opinions on whether the dial and hands are original or if they've been refinished/redialed in the past. It's a bit hard for me to get a good look at it due to lighting/scratches, but I'm really unsure...

If it’s hard for you to immediately spot the numerous tells (poor and inconsistent printing, sloppy lume, bubbling paint, won’t even bother to go further) …my suggestion is to slow down and review web and book sources.
