Not like that, get your mind outta the gutter!
Hi all,
Forgive me if this exact topic has been beaten to death, I tried to search with no luck.
Just wondering for those of you with a cal 564 or similar, have you tried different positions dial up/down, crown up/down at night to gain or lose time?
Thanks in advance 😀

You don’t say whether your watch has been serviced, or not. Variations in rate can be attributed to conditions other than position you rest the watch in, over night.

I think you will have to do some experiments for your own... And share your conclusion here..😀

Chasing seconds,,,,not a game I play.

First you need a base for what your watch is when you take it off…
Then just test what each position changes that in the morning.

Like many here, have that many watches it is rare a watch lasts more than a day or two.

I've measured a number of watches in various positions on a timegrapher, and I can't say that they all exhibit exactly the same pattern. The OP may want to run his own tests imo.

The positions that run fast or slow are different for every watch, so the only way to know this (if your watchmaker hasn’t provided this information for you) is to do your own testing.

Perfect thanks everyone, I will be testing on my own regardless. Just wondering about a starting point or anyone else’s experience.
I didn’t know that it would be different for each watch, I thought maybe certain calibers might behave in the same way.
Thanks again
