Position on the wrist?

I like it just before my wrist bone (away from my hand); the most free wrist rotation this way!

Some prefer it directly on the wrist bone and some prefer it nearly touching the back of their hand. 😵‍💫

Just behind the wrist bone - completely out of the way and not causing any restrictions and cannot slip forward over the bone.

I have a watch enthusiast friend who comments on how far back I wear mine, but it’s the most comfortable and practical IMO.

Yep my friends reasoning is 'but you can't even see it under your sleeve/cuff whats the point' 🤦

Depends on the watch for me. If it’s on a bracelet, I like to have it just loose enough to hang below my wrist bone. I find that when my wrist swells a bit from heat, sitting around in my butt too much, or whatever it may be, that slack makes it fit pretty snuggly above the wrist bone without being too tight.

For watches I usually wear on a strap, I generally prefer it to sit above the wrist bone all the time. A watch flopping around on a leather strap or nato feels sloppy to me.

Where on the wrist are you supposed to wear your watch?
Hello, and welcome to the forum! I happen to use @Archer 's tan line as a handy guide 😀 but of course, the right answer is to find a spot that is most comfortable for you:

Just before the wrist bone. I also like the bracelet very tight with no movement... am I crazy?

How I wear mine but not to tight.

Don't want strap marks.

With the crown digging into the back of your hand, not for me!!

Just above the wrist like yourself.

It helps to stop bracelet stretch as well.

As close to the hand as possible and away from the awkward wrist bone

This wasn't by deliberate design at all, but all 5 of the watches that I wear (3 Omegas & 2 Seikos) seem stay put well above the ulnar head whenever my body is warm but slide below it whenever I'm cold (or whenever the ambient temperature is relatively hot/cold). When they stick above, it doesn't even seem possible that they'd ever slide enough to slip underneath it without loosening the bracelets; and when they slide underneath it, it doesn't seem possible that they'd ever stay put above it without tightening the bracelets; but they do. Luckily, I'm comfortable both ways, although slightly more so when they're underneath the ulnar head. If I were to adjust the bracelets in either direction, my watches would be very uncomfortable in one of those situations or the other.

I knew what you mean. My wrist and watches behave in the exact same way
