Polerouter Cal. 138ss broken part.

I got this polerouter back from my watchmaker today. He couldn´t remove the crystal holder from the inside of the watch case so he mounted another crystal from the front and he told me that the self winding function didn´t work because there was something wrong with the part shown in the picture.
What is the name of this part and are there any places on the web I can find this?
