Bezel looks black and red in these photos if so it is incorrect bezel or bezel insert Maybe it’s the photos
I would avoid eBay if I were looking for a Pogue. You might look at @hickmanwatches or @classicseiko on IG contact them both in UK and you will get a serviced watch with full disclosure of details
Having been through this recently my advice would be to be patient. There are some good watches out there, and plenty of not so good ones. As the old saying goes, buy the best example you can afford JT
For the record, Jaco's last one I think the bezel is actually blue/red but I also think it's aftermarket (there are a couple of tells like the length of the marker under 250 and the placement of the marker at 140). It also has the wrong hands and bracelet, so an immediate pass for me regardless of price. If you see a really tidy looking Pogue (or to keep @STANDY happy, a yellow 6139-600x ) on eBay then it's either a serious collector who will describe it well and will expect it to sell for a reasonably high price, or it's a fake. Good: Not good: I'd say 99% of them are dodgy, and if the description is a word salad of different fonts and phrases like "we can not do warrantee due to watches age", then avoid like the plague. There are also still diamonds in the rough - one or two bad photos of a beaten up watch with a smashed in crystal, described like "Seiko mens watch", but which turn out very nice after a service and a new crystal ...
