The movement shows more than a passing similarity to some Agassiz movements circa latter half of the 19th century. Agassiz morphed into Longines. Because your movement appears to be anonymous, this is only a guess.

I found an identical movement, same bridge layout and the steps on the balance cock.
Unfortunately the seller has branded it as an Omega, which it certainly is not.
