·Watchgecko has good springbar tools. I would personally not recommend removing any links yourself. Those little bastards are a real pain and it's easy to scratch the bracelet or damaging the screw.
As sizing the bracelet is a one time thing only I would have it sized by a professional. Any AD or boutique I've been in has done it for free for me even when I didn't purchase the watch with them.
