That is correct for a half-link, and an Omega OB or AD can sell them he calls them.
Sometimes I found that in cases where adding a half-link is too much, that removing a full-link and adding two half-links could be perfect. I think that a half link is more like 60% of a link, not 50%, so 2 half-links could be like 1.2 to 1.3x the size of a full link (it could be more like 65%, I'm not sure).
I always prefer an adjustable clasp, and used a 117TIZ001151 adjustable clasp, which for a 42mm watch I think that needs two 118TI1589 clasp links (plus extra pins and screws) to adapt the 1151 clasp to the smaller bracelet that tapers from 20mm lugs to 18mm at the clasp (I think the 1151 is a direct bolt on for a 45.5mm Planet Ocean with 22mm lugs tapering to 20mm).
However, places like
www.SwissWatchSpares.com want £99 for a Ti half-link or a Ti clasp link, and £449 for the Ti clasp. So 2 half-links is significantly cheaper than a clasp + two clasp links + extra screws and pins. I'm pretty sure my OB charged me half those costs to sell me the parts I needed in 2015/2016 for my old 42mm Ti 8500, before many OB's stopped selling the parts.
