This could be like one those fables where deities come to your home disguised as beggars to test if there are any kind people left.

Low probability, but potentially a big pay-off for all of humanity.

What concerns me is that this message came to me as a PM on the Omega Board! If this dupe tried this stunt with me, good chance he’ll try it with others! This site appears to have been hacked!

Steady on. It's free to sign up here, it'll either be a new user or one specific existing user who probably uses the same password everywhere and has had it exposed. One spam message is not evidence the site is hacked.

@Trev or @dsio will handle it, if it's a problem.
