I had to look it up too - it's not a word I've heard previously, but it is actually a pretty good description of what the seller is trying to convey:

Definition of coeval
of the same or equal age, antiquity, or duration

That makes a lot of sense from a practical perspective. However, I still wonder why, if that is the case, some of the Omega abstracts actually say that the engraving is there. Or are those not original abstracts?
The extracts are absolutely original, Omega knew of these engravings
Omega reported on the abstract as seen on the watch if taken to the museum or as seen in the picture if the watch was not brought to the Omega Museum

I'm not doubting the prototype demarcation on @memnon 's watch.

Engravings added post Omega listed in remarks is suspect.

There was a thread about I believe RAF issued pieces somewhere that did not denote military delivery to MOD just England which was unusual.

A comment was made in the remarks section that noted MOD markings. Supposedly thiswas added at the request of certain collectors and was not verified as a true military issue. This is supposedly not able to happen anymore.

Is it true? I don't know but it does put into question the remarks section for extracts on certain pieces from a certain period.
