Please tell me what you think of this black dial Seamaster?

Hi everyone!

while scouring the French classifieds site “le bon coin”, i came upon this black Seamaster.

My instinct tells me that it’s redial but I can’t objectively identify anything wrong; I’d really love your opinion on it.

Pictures are pretty low quality but definitely looks like a redial to me. Text seems white, not gilt.

So they repainted the dial and then stamped or painted over the repaint... makes sense. Thank you!
