    What does the WATCH MARKETPLACE Forums prefix mean?
    I understand only 'FS = for sale' .
    Please tell me other prefix mean.

    WTT - want to trade
    WTB - want to buy
    OHPF - on hold pending funds

    Are there any more prefixes you need to know?

    I "borrowed" this list from our friends over at Rolex Forum... a number of the acronyms apply to Rolex watches, but may be helpful
    AD = Authorized Dealer (of Rolex or another watchmaker)
    AK = Air King
    AP = Audemars Piguet
    AR - Anti-reflective coating
    ARW= Authorized Rolex Watchmaker
    BAR = Pressure/Depth rating (e.g.30BAR, 300m/1000ft)
    BLNR = Bleu/Noir (French for Blue/Black)
    Bluesy = Blue TT Sub
    BNIB = Brand New In Box
    BPH = Beats per hour ie. 28,800 bph, 36,000 bph
    Cal = Calibre (of a movement)
    COSC = Contrôle Officiel Suisse des Chronomètres" (Certified Chronometer)
    Coke = Black/Red GMT Insert
    DD = Day-Date
    DJ = DateJust
    DLC = Diamond Like Carbon (usually blacked-out cases)
    DRSD = Double Red Sea Dweller
    DSSD = Deep Sea Sea Dweller
    EXP = Explorer
    EXP II = Explorer II
    Flip = Changing watches in one's collection
    FSOT = For Sale Or Trade
    GMT = Greenwich Mean Time
    GMT/GMT II = GMT Master II (Rolex Professional line model)
    GMTIIC = GMTII with Ceramic Bezel
    GV = Glace Verti (green-crystal of the Milgauss)
    HEV = Helium Escape Valve
    IBTL = In Before The Lock
    JUB = Jubilee Bracelet
    LEC = Laser Etched Coronet
    LN = Lunette Noir (Black bezel insert)
    LNIB = Like New In Box
    LV = Lunette Verti (Green bezel insert)
    M2CW = My Two Cents Worth
    MIB = Mint In Box
    MOP = Mother Of Pearl
    MSRP = Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price,
    NATO = North Atlantic Treaty Organization. refers to fabric straps used on issue watches
    ND = Non-Date (as in Sub ND)
    NOS = New Old Stock
    NSFW = Not Safe For Work
    OEM = Original Equipment Manufacturer
    OF = Oyster Flex, rubber over titanium Rolex strap
    OP = Oyster Perpetual
    PCL = Polished Center Links
    Pepsi = Red/Blue GMT Insert
    Perpetual = Self Winding/Automatic movement
    PM = Precious Metal
    PP = Patek Philippe
    PVD = Physical Vapor Deposition (spray on metal)
    PT = Platinum
    Rehaut = French for flange. The engraved ring/flange under the crystal.
    RER = Rolex Engraved (etched) Rehaut
    RG = Rose Gold
    Root Beer = Brown TT GMT
    RSC = Rolex Service Center
    SCL = Solid Center Links
    SD = Sea Dweller
    SEL = Solid End Link (referring to bracelet)
    Serti dial = a watch dial that is set with precious stones
    SL / L = Super Luminova, Luminova
    SMP = Seamaster Professional (Omega)
    Speedy = Speedmaster (Omega)
    SS = Stainless Steel
    Sub = Submariner
    T<25 = Tritium based dial (Less than 25 millicuries of radioactive tritium)
    Ti = Titanium
    TOG = Turn-O-Graph
    TT = Two Tone (Bi-metal- yellow gold & Stainless Steel)
    WG = White Gold
    WIS = Watch Idiot Savant
    WTB = Want To Buy
    WTS = Want to Sell
    WTT = Want to Trade
    YG = Yellow Gold
    YM = Yacht Master
    YMMV = Your Mileage May Vary (you may have a different experience)
