It is a 1968 ...what do you see?

 

No offence intended, but I,m Not completely convinced i like the eiher the dial or the case that the dial is in! i specifically Don't like the inner bezel, dont like the wonky Omega symbol, and not sure of the baton markers to boot!

But hey, thats my opinion, I,m sure he real experts will wade in with their opinions soon

It shouldn't have both Seamaster and DE VILLE on it since that stopped at the end of 1967 when the De Ville became it's own line. The crown is a replacement, and it's probably a redial - the pinched Ω logo is a tip off, I think it should say SWISS MADE since it's a stainless steel case, and the hashmarks look wonky.

 

Inner bezel looks that way because it opens from the front. You guys are seeing the same things I am saying, He swears it is not a redial.
If this goes south I will post his shops name address and phone #
He has a 14 day return policy though so I may just be out $5

 

Looks like DE VILLE that's been refinished into a Seamaster.

Yes, that is a DE VILLE case NOT a Seamaster DE VILLE case, back marking is not the same (as a SM case) and the lugs are too short.

 

I was going to look at it for ten minutes but then I spend 3 reading the responses and just said:
