It definitely is a ‘wind-up’ watch...

Wow - now 70 bids with about an hour to go. Unless I am mistaken the winner will ultimately be disappointed in the end.

I saw Omega Seamaster Planet Ocean Chronograph 600M on ebya.
I asked the buyer about the details of this product and the seller can't seem to give me answers.
He would only tell me that it was from his father and selling it due to family reasons.

Just for your reference, if you post your questions here: https://omegaforums.net/posts/1672474/ you'll get a better response. This thread is specifically for posting obvious counterfeit items.

There's nothing that stands out as suspicious with the PO, with those photos, but if the seller is unable/unwilling to answer your questions, then maybe go somewhere else.
