·Definitely, outside of their TOS I've reported it too. There's an option for misrepresenation/counterfeit disclaimer which certainly applies here.
Even still at the absolute least it could be reported as search manipulation by having Omega in the title for something that has nothing to do with the brand.
It's a real bad faith concoction, hopefully the listing gets nuked.
