It really isn't that difficult to see the most obvious tells - the rounded off arrowhead markers and the wrong hands as well as the "lacquer-like" black dial which looks as if it's been dipped in black oil. It isn't just a transplanted or repainted dial, it is a fake dial meant to deceive - as are the hands. The medallion is fake too.
