I think the issue is that the watches contain genuine movements and the description clearly states that they are marriage watches so there is no intent to deceive. The fact that the dials have been re-painted has also been disclosed.

While I don't like the watches, I see no issue with the listing.

Interesting, didn't realise legally they could use the brand name.

I don’t see how they can legally use the brand names either. In effect it is a ‘new’ product even if they have used a relevant movement. Probably would need one of the brands to take action on the trade mark I guess.
