I believe the Speedmaster offers from account franco7720 on ebay are also hacked/fraudulous as the original ebay account sells auto parts from Italy and now it is listed as from New York, at buy it now only prices according to the 2nd pic and text, but officialy listed as auction.

In the NAWCC forum at least one offer has been identified as scam, because exactly the offered pocket watch is owned by a forum member and not for sale. The websites of the email adresses are blocked by ESET as malware containing websites.

This is an interesting eBay account, doing a roaring trade and no negative feedback in a year and active since 2006.. Glad to see the eBay authentication programme is in full swing. There appears to be no easy way to report fakes now. .Gov UK will shortly get tax report or eBay sellers in the UK. I guess a long as the cash is pumping around everyone is happy.

Funny I tried the same… and got the same result…. I tried to appeal … and got ‘page missing’ from the link…..
we all moan when the little people rob us…. But we suck it up from the corporates as long as the money go round keeps spinning….

I think the issue is that the watches contain genuine movements and the description clearly states that they are marriage watches so there is no intent to deceive. The fact that the dials have been re-painted has also been disclosed.

While I don't like the watches, I see no issue with the listing.
