Cal. 146D Ref. ZH 171 1963, Cal. 810-6 Ref. 12136 1958, Cal. 133.8 Ref. 12000 1955

In a 1958 Zenith catalog, the watch in the middle is described as ‘per i giovani’ for the young people. That would explain the 29mm case. Small by our standards but it doesn’t appear that way on the wrist. Purchased from the original owners family. Came with the Zenith case marked with jewelry store’s logo and still in business since 1949.

Finally I got my rainbow flyback! It is my first “ young vintage” (about 1999). First difference with my vintage ones is more weight; quality is very high.
Incredible is that a Daytona 16520 costs 10 X EP rainbow flyback.
Same movement but 16520 has only 28800 vph (instead of 36000), has no date and EP has also the flyback.
There are lots of crazy men out there!

You chose a 1st rate chrono! Rolex was onto something back in the day, and you have a highly regarded variation of the El Primero movement.

Not exactly a vintage, but an old one (more than 20 years), with sapphire crystal, screwed pushers and crown ... the last version of the De Luca

Just arrived to the collection, here with the Mark I (perfect couple in my opinion)
