    Hi

A while ago I bought an Omega Olympic five counters and the seller (not the first owner) told me that he was serviced but on the card it's written the date 16.6.04 and on initial warranty card 14/06/04. Because this model from my knowledge arrive in 2008 I felt that something it's not ok so I asked the seller and told me that the date it's written from right to left..which explain something..so please let me know if that it's true i pic1.jpg pic2.jpg pic3.jpg pic4.jpg n some Asian country..

Does the serial number on the case match the watch? Was that the reference number for that watch?

I can tell you that on many official forms in China, the date is written
    YYYY-MM-DD
I can't speak for Hong Kong or Singapore, but I would guess they'd follow the same pattern as the British use.

The service card and paperwork is originally from Japan. It is written in Japanese. They will follow the Chinese format in writing the year month and date
