Wait a bit, I'm pretty shure you will get some more answers...

 

Looks fine to me. Not a Seamaster. Just an Omega automatic. Most likely from the early 60's, 500 series calibre.

 

Dial looks original to my eyes, but perhaps not original to the watch. Possibly a service dial, or cannibalized from another watch altogether.
