I am currently looking to purchase a vintage Omega watch and

I really just want help to see if a watch I’m excited about is real or not, and I figured who could be better to ask.
All I know is that the advertiser says it’s a Authentic 1979 Omega Seamaster automatic and don't have any original record or papers.

My thoughts are that it is priced around three times its current value.

A late 1970's gold plated Seamaster with day- date is about as low as it gets collectabillity wise.

Tread with caution

 

It's real, but as already noted it's really way overpriced.
