Good afternoon/evening to all!
Could you please help me identify these watches and, of course, in order to understand if they are original at all, if so, then I think it's the late 30s - early 40s, but I'm confused by the logo on the dial and the font on the mechanism.
Perhaps it's Frankenstein...
thank you all in advance for your help!

Your watch is all original, but the dial has been badly re-painted at some stage in the past.
The case was made for Omega by Kessi Frerès (Bielna SA / Fabrique de Boites Bielna SA) of Gehäuse, Biel Switzerland.
The movement serial number of the caliber 19.4 (guessing that) dates to 1939/1940.
The case number dates to about the same time.
