Can anyone help me identify this watch?

Hello all, I recently remembered that I acquired this watch many years ago from an ex girlfriend’s father.
I found it in the bottom of a drawer, gave it a wind and had a new wristband put on it.
Just wondering whether anyone can identify the model? I was considering having it cleaned up and serviced, but am quite content with it as is even if it is slightly rough.

Thank you in advance!

The money you would spend for a watchmaker to restore this badly worn watch wouldn't be worth it unless you're still very fond of your ex-girlfriend or her father.

Not sure that is an Omega licensed case. We would need to see the inside of the caseback to know.

This looks too far gone to make any financial sense out of a restoration.

But if it has enough sentimental value to you...

I've restored worse. Not anymore though

Probably a 30T2. As Gator said. Open case to see if signed. Could be recased

Replacing the crystal and having the case sonically cleaned would improve the appearance, and it's a simple cheap job which any local watchmaker or jeweller could do for you. Then make a decision on whether you want to spend a lot more, to have the other parts renovated.

The ref 2603 case features beautiful, unique lugs and a jumbo size. Replacing the glass and cleaning the case is a simple task and doesn't cost much.
