Please help me Identify this dial

I picked up this dial on eBay a year or so ago advertised as QC rejects because the dial feet are a hair too short. I know it’s a service dial for an 861 movement, but I’m a novice in identifying stepped dials and the likes. I plan on building myself a franken using this dial so I’d like to use it where it belongs. Any help is greatly appreciated.

It’s either a full redial or at the very least, it’s has more QC issues than just the dial feet.

Look at the Speedmaster’ text.

They used a nice white Sharpie, but had no steady hand....not a good look

But who would care if you made a Franken to wear? 3-4 pieces of double sided tape, and it could go anywhere.
