Please help identifying this vintage rectangular

Hello,

We have been given the task of trying to find a new crystal for this S/N 9XXXXXXX Omega. Any clues about reference/model would be appreciated. (Cal. T17)

I doubt that you'll be able to link a case reference to a crystal part number for this watch.

The best option (IMO) would be to measure the current crystal and then search GS catalogs (for example) for a suitable candidate that may require modification to fit.

Maybe @Canuck could comment?
