Help identifying this vintage Omega

Hello

My wife just handed me her father's old Omega watch as per the photo attached. It has no box, papers and no ref number on the case I can see. I own a Seamaster myself but can not identify this model. Case size is probably 36mm and it does actually still work when wound.

Does anyone have any ideas as to what it is (ref, year) and possible value ?

The reference number may be inside the case-back.

With so many variations during that era, it's almost impossible to tell a reference just by looking at it. I could guess it's a cal 280 family, but I can be way off. Pop the case back with a sharp knife (imagining it's a snap on back) and it will have the reference on the inside. Most probably something like XXXX-X. Then in the movement you'll find the serial number, a number with 8 digits that can help us tell what year it was produced.

Considering the numerals I would say more 30T2 movement
And those lugs are confusing me , otherwise I would say it’s a 2384

is the bezel missing ?
