·I can find no record in Mikrolisk of that crown logo, so either not a Swiss watch or it has been redialed. Might be German, based on the Förster movement.

My guess would be German, possibly a wink and a nod to Rolex with the Explorer-ish style dial and the crown logo. Purely supposition though; I could be completely incorrect.
