    There were quite a few dial variants for those 60s Seamasters and yours is just one of them. It's an uncommon type which I think is particularly nice, you could call it a "sunray" dial I suppose. This watch was evidently made for the US market as it has the 17-jewel 550 cal instead of the European 21-jewel 552. This was done for excise duty reasons but don't let that put you off as the movement is still excellent. Great find!
