Wow, just wow is all I can say.
You come in here asking people here to verify a watch for your buyer.
Why a buyer would be satisfied with what someone says on forums is beyond me.
Why you are arguing with what everyone says is beyond me.
You want someone here to say with 100% confidence your watch is real here, its not gonna happen.
Ill have to search Chrono24 to see if I can find your sale, so I know who to avoid ever buying from.
Since you are such an experienced collector and dealer surely you have TONS of friends who are known dealers that can simply verify it for you off a picture.

I buy and sell watches regularly. Most of my watches come from private households. In order to verify a watch and all of its parts you gotta habe knowledge on the high end replica industry. Archer surely is a knowledgeable guy but i know for certain that there are no china fakes with real lemania parts out there.
If you are implying that i am not trustworthy because i know a lot about current replicas i welcome you to buy at a dealer with less knowledge. You might end up with a fake watch yourself...
So you are a dealer looking for free advice? Jog on*. This is a collector and enthusiast forum. I would suggest you are neither.

*feel free to use the more Anglo Saxon version of this applicable in your jurisdiction. Out of politeness I am avoiding telling you off.

Hi @LB-Trooper

This is not a watch vetting site that you can use to show a buyer your watch is correct or not correct...

In other words this is not a sales assistance tool for your use.

Please stop posting and have a nice day..

I am very tempted to just lock this thread.

regards

I have no idea if it was made in China, but case, dial, hands were all fake, and the movement was a Lemania that had the identification ground off, and the Omega caliber stamped in it's place. The whole movement was plated to look like a copper colour, as it was a fake of a vintage watch. Again it would not fool a knowledgeable collector, but it could certainly fool someone who wasn't a collector and just wanted a vintage Speedmaster.

I'm sorry, but you are not all "all knowing" as you claim to be. Given how this thread has gone, if I were the buyer I'd be cancelling the sale...

I am not a dealer. Only i private seller. You should be able to look up the sale of the watch in question.

I was expecting a different outcome of this conversation.

I am not a dealer. This is a one time only request because we are talking about a lot of money

HI @LB-Trooper

Guess you do not understand...

Thread is locked , @LB-Trooper , as I said before this is not an on demand sales assistance tool for your use. You seem to have joined 2019 with few posts ... Well the thread is closed. So please move along and please do not post in the future.
