I am the proud owner of a Ref: 28035237
It came as a full set, box and papers.
Included was a red card with PICTOGRAMS in gold letters
Please explain to me what Pictograms means?
Thanks.

Fiberguy provided a good link to reference but basically pictogram shows all the certifications and tests that your watch has and has gone through. It also shows info like warranties and how long they are for, if it has sapphire case back and sapphire crystals, ceramic bezels, etc.

This seems like it should have been a "Let me Google that for you" response.

Which watch would have the most pictograms?
A Gold Metas Planet Ocean Chrono would be up there, and have everything but the quartz stuff.

Thank you, I'm so glad you had the guts to ask this. The replies above set out the facts. But I have wondered for years, for Pete's sake why do they do this? I know there are thousands of languages in the world, and a good visual is worth many words. But if there is a manual (or an internet...) that tells you all the features in actual words and sentences - and if some of the symbols are so tricky that you need the code book anyway - I really question why the piece of plastic. (I'm sure I'm missing the obvious in my crusty old-fashioned rage here...)

I googled the question and this thread popped up. Irony?

So I thank @pnwyankee for starting this thread and @fiberguy for providing a good link to the answer.

My Planet Ocean came with a card like that - I think it's kind of cool. Kind of like my Omega's equivalent to military ribbons on a Class A jacket...😁

This is the sort of thing that could cause an infinite loop that tears holes in the very fabric of the Internet itself. 😜😬
