Planet Ocean Half-Link

Not too long ago I posted my 43.5mm Planet Ocean, which was/is my first Omega watch. I love the watch and have been doing my best to wear it regularly. The fit was 95% perfect after taking out two links and I felt that taking out a third link would make the band too tight (I know it has an internal micro-adjuster in the clasp, but...๐Ÿ˜). Forum member @avusblue posted a link about a half-link that would fit, and I ended up ordering it. The half link fits the band perfectly and is just the right size to take up the little bit of slack that kept the band from fitting exactly right. The half-link was a little expensive, but I plan on wearing the hell out of this watch, so I wanted the fit to be as comfortable as possible. And it is. ๐Ÿ˜‰

Excellent -- looks great, and as someone with a wrist that is invariably "between" on many straps and bracelets, I get how important this is.

I bought the Pelagos blue when it first came out, and it's only since I picked up a half link from Uncle Seiko that I really enjoyed the watch on its (excellent) bracelet.

Congrats on finding a fit and enjoy the PO.

Thank you๐Ÿ‘. I agree that having a good fit on the bracelet makes the watch so much more enjoyable. I could have taken out an extra link and used the micro-adjuster in the clasp, but that would have moved the clasp far off-center on my wrist. The half-link keeps the clasp pretty much in the middle of my wrist and takes the bracelet in just enough. ๐Ÿ˜‰
