Planet Ocean bracelet problem

I have just treated myself to a genuine Omega Seamaster Planet Ocean Professional 42mm. Couldn't be happier with the watch itself, it's stunning! My only query is a slight problem with the bracelet. After unboxing the watch I needed to adjust the bracelet myself (I have tiny wrists) so quite a few links were removed. When the watch is not on my wrist the bracelet fits to the watch face perfectly and is completely flushed to it. When it is on my wrist however, there is a slight gap between the bracelet and the bracelet and the watch case (between the lugs) on the top of the watch. It is not visible when looking at the watch but when I move my wrist I notice it sometimes and it's bothering me. Does anyone have an opinion on this? Is my bracelet faulty? Or maybe I'm wearing it too tight? Just wanted someone's opinion who knows what they're talking about before I think about taking it back to the omega store.

I have attached some pictures to give you an idea of what I'm talking about.

    thanks, chris

Was it an Omega boutique or some other store?

I have a friend who has similar end link gap problem on his PO. I advised him to go to Omega Service Center to be repaired. But I don't know the result, I haven't checked out again.

Do you have any half links in there? I read somewhere (on the forum) that where the half link is placed can impact on this?

    Hi Chris,

    the gap seems quite huge.

To be honest, I own the same model, also a SMPc and an 8500 AT, and all the bracelet endlinks are not quite tight fitted. A little gap towards the sides and towards the case here is normal. If I try to force the bracelet away from the watch case the gap on my PO is nearly as much as in your picture. Omega has some way to go here, as Rolex (only the newest ones!) or Chopard (best bracelet fit ever, but they charge over 2.300 € for one bracelet!) for example are ahead here. Only the bracelets on the newer Speedmaster '57 are very good.
