I like to see other people post about their service experience and see the parts that were sent back. I figured I would share this incase anyone wanted to see!

Casino Royale Planet Ocean. The plastic film on the watch when it was returned said 2500c, which I was unsure what version I had. Also came back with the red Omega watch case thing.

I sent it in early July and picked it up from the AD mid September. Sent into fix the crown that popped off and get Omegas full service. It was sent to the Secaucus NJ center. I was a little nervous to send it into Omega after reading a lot of horror stories online but I took the chance. Time will tell but my experience was great and as far as I can tell the watch looks and feels awesome.

Apologies for the pictures, I didn't realize how hard it was to capture these small parts with a phone! Really eye opening seeing these parts in person.

Dang, looks like quite an overhaul! Mind sharing how much it cost?

Of course, it was around $590 with tax. If i remember correctly shipping was covered to the service center and I paid return shipping, something like $5 or so.

Here is a link that might explain more and has pricing for Chronograph / Non Chronograph and material.
