·you can call GOldsmiths, I am not sure if they have the ability to regulate the watch. I'd call the OB first to see what they say after you talk to gold smiths.
Goldsmiths almost certainly won't be able to regulate it but it should be under warranty.
From my experience most U.K. boutiques don't have the ability to regulate either.

I thought specs should be like +2/-2 with this being a co-axial master chronometer.
Regular COSC watches are from -1 to +6 for average daily rate. Master chronometers are 0 to +5. These are the full wind specs.
