Hi everyone,

I inherited my grandfather's Omega. I recently sent it to a watchmaker (he is still working on it) and he sent me some pictures of the movement and caseback which gave me important info, yet I still cannot find much info online about ref. 14370. I would really appreciate any knowledge you guys may have about this reference and its replacement parts.

I want to keep everything as original as possible, but given the scratches on the crystal I thought it would be nice to source an original NOS replacement crystal for this ref.

If anyone also has the part number for a replacement crown I would also immensely appreciate it. I don't plan on changing the crown any time soon but because I care a lot about this watch I figured it would be nice to have a spare NOS crown for this watch in case I ever need it.

Thank you so much in advance, I really appreciate it.

Cool watch, and interesting dial!

Crown: https://www.ebay.com/itm/256349706016

Crystal doesn't really seem to be in any of the databases I have access to, so perhaps someone else can help. BUT that doesn't look too bad, you might consider seeing if it'll polish out with polywatch/etc enough to work for you (or ask your watchmaker to give a polish a try, I've had good luck with soft sanding sticks, I do 2000, 3000, 5000, 7000 + polywatch).
