Picked a bargain on eBay - Should I be more careful on this?

Here I came back after purchase. Thanks for all the comments. I posted this "should I pay?" because last time an nice OFer told me the eBay seller I was about to pay was a scammer. (He knew it by connecting completely different id by tracking same watch pictures the scammer was trying to sell on eBay and OF. He was very kin and kind IMO.)

I'm living in the far east, so I woke up to see the bidding win that I made 8hr before the deadline without much expectation. So I'm just curious to know. (Now I paid since it's guaranteed by eBay.) Thanks!

Few screws missing in the movement, especially the ones that hold the movement in.
Bad redial
Gold cap wearing out on the lugs

Probably not a scam, but a dogs breakfast to be honest.

Compare the printing of the sundials

Regarding the missing screws, do you think they're fixable? Will it be critical for daily usage of the watch?

I'd expect they'll be fairly standard and that a reputable old watch repair place will be able to find a pair.
Will their lack be critical? Well if the movement is designed to be held in place with two set screws, their absence possibly means that the only thing holding the movement in place is the stem. Every time you use the stem to wind the watch or set the time & date you'll be transmitting all kinds of forces which the stem isn't designed to cope with.

So just for fun here is another generic chronograph same caliber, similar dial, notice the lack of QC on the sub-dial printing.

I still say OPs dial is original.
