Could house a valjoux 7733? Looks like 70s80s design, similar to the Porsche design, Le Jour etc... designs. Bracelet does not look original and seems crudely pvced.

Never, sorry. But Ive seen loads of unknown that capitalized on that model (that, and the PVCed 7750from Porsche Design).

It is probably a dead brand, but if you have a look at the movement and confirm its a valjoux then it shouldn't really matter (shouldnt be too hard to service I guess).

The brand name alone in my neophyte opinion will not drive any specific value.

Do you think price of service would out weigh value

It is unlikely, unless it needs a lot of parts. It will be a good 50 - 60% though.

Phillips is not listed in Mikrolisk as a Swiss wordmark, so it must be a brand of a non-Swiss firm. Not that it helps much.

To my eyes it looks like it would have a Lapanouse (pin lever) movement, akin to this one:

Screenshot_20180210-162701.png While not as robust and accurate as a Landeron, the 80 minute counter is quite funky in it's own right ^^

    Agreed.
IMO it looks a bit like one of those infamous "1-jewel wonders"

    Agreed.

Like Sornas / Sicuras etc. Have you seen how much some of them are getting?
