·My first sales post but I have feedback here as a buyer.
Paul Buhre vintage alarm watch. Gold plated, stainless steel back, nice sharp case. It has an interesting dial with applied markers and an inner ring.
The mechanism seems to be a modified AS1475 type alarm based on the caseback style and the AS marking on caseback. AS1475 was the most widely used third party alarm movement. The modification is that there is a window for the alarm set time at 12 o’clock, which I have not seen elsewhere. Girard Perregaux had a similar modified AS1475 but the window was at 6.
Unfortunately the alarm barrel is tightly wound and the alarm is not sounding. The timekeeping is working though. Needs a service.
With that in mind, I am asking REDUCED PRICE $80 for this watch, plus shipping. CONUS only. PayPal FF, Venmo, or Zelle preferred.
