Well its a titanium perpetual calendar chronograph, so basically its identical to a Speedmaster X-33 Mars... sorta
I check chrono24, out of 4027 offered there, none is titanium. So it is very rare for Patek to use titanium apparently. They only produce one of a kind..... for charity fund raise only. http://www.ablogtowatch.com/patek-philippe-titanium-5004t-for-only-watch-2013/ http://blog.perpetuelle.com/watches...-an-patek-philippe-6000t-for-children-action/ The 2013 5004T is the fourth PP titanium ever produced. The other is 5712T Nautilus in 2007, 5180T Skeleton Calatrava in 2009 and 6000T in 2007 Titanium Calatrava. With coverage, publication and anticipation preceding the auction, it is unsurprising many chasing this very rare specimen.
