Here's a horror story. A former boss dropped his annual calendar. I'm not sure of the extent of the damage at the time but it went back to the AD for an apparent full service. Fast forward to now and it's stopped again. What's the best route here? He's honest about what happened and just wants it running. Go back to the AD? Alternatively, Birks/Brinkhaus is the brand's service center here. Maybe dealing with them directly is better? I'm all for independents if the warranty is a write-off, does Archer, Pfaff, etc. deal with something this complicated?
