Part help for ref 136.0049

I have a Omega Geneve 136.0049 and I can't find a movement distance ring anywhere. I need help for finding one.

Are u sure there is one for it? I did had same reference and if I remember correct, movement was 613 and it is "holding" for case with screws and case clamp

There appears to be some kind of a ring that the clamps are touching or is it part of the case.
