If it hasn't already been added somewhere, the Pahawi opener worked a treat on my vintage Doxa Sub 300T Searambler case-back. I still used a bit of protective plastic to allow for the slight brass overhang.
Never ceases to amaze me with the ongoing use I get from this tool - thanks again @Pahawi 👍
thanks for complemting the list...i just ordered one and looking forward to receiving it. Best, Stefan

I don't know, sorry. Any members with an opener and a 3861 out there who could check, please?

Thank you.

145.013
145.026 (transitional)

I was just looking for a case opener for my 145.022-69ST (pre-moon case back).
Before coming across this post of Pahawi's opener I found another one specified for 145.012 145.022 145.0022, but explicitly excluding 145.022-69ST.

I'm not sure why 145.022-69ST should be different, but anyhow could anybody confirm that this opener is explicitly compatible with 145.022-69ST?

Thank you!

Super cool & useful tool to own! I wonder if this can be 3d printed with rigid material and maybe functional, I think that would reduce the chances of toolmarks incase someone forgets to use a layer of a ziplock bag between the tool & the case-back. Just a random thought…

Well for peace of mind, brass is a 3.0 on the Mohs hardness scale, which is a bit less than stainless steel 👍

Used that for all these years on many Speed/Sea300/Railmasters without an added layer of Plastic and: No scratch at all....
