Actually I could see someone paying that, it's got a really sharp case which you don't often see on these gold capped cases.
It can be made into a nice watch as X350 XJR says, but I would have to include an expert dial cleaning in the price, and then the total price is not so attractive.
Reminds me of my old one - my second Constellation... Those silver dome dials are the best looking Constellation dials - period. The play of light on the dial of this one...
