Wanted to escape the hot and dry Swedish summer and thought "let us go to Ireland".

Bummer! We caught the hottest week in Irish history. And not a drop of rain. Well, I guess things could be worse. And there were almost no other tourists...

Wifes 36 mm auto got some sand and sun also.

I envy both of you, I can't even go more than 5 kilometres from home ATM.

Beautiful pictures of Ireland, prompts a change to my bucket list, and I'll have to get up Achim's way again someday.

Some shots of our last escape a few weeks ago.

That's me in the blue mask.

Boring:cool:. At least in Europe (NL for me) we get everything nowadays: sun, tornado’s, monsoon, flooding, freeze you b*lls off weather, and everything in between. That’s called #metoo :D:p

Well, here in Sweden we are a bit ambivalent about the climate... The winters are long and dark. When the sun starts to shine we celebrate to the extreme. Suddenly we are a happy outgoing people for three months!

But since some years confusing feelings has started to get hold of us. My mother has her 89: th birthday in a couple of days and I searched for some photos to use for a card/something - and what I found illustrates this change well.
