86437526 is the serial number. I bought it at a AD, JB Hudson 11 months ago. I don't really care about it's age, but it would be nice to know a little more about it just for the hell of it. What's it's age and what else can you tell me about it? I tried Googling but could not find anything about serial numbers.

If you look on your pictogram card with your watch set there are two numbers at the bottom probably "13". If so it does say "13" then it is a 2012 if it says "14" then it is a 2013 so pretty much that number minus 1.

Hi Kringkily, thanks. I am not able to find a 13 or 14 anywhere on my Pictogram card. In the photo below, I didn't show my Reference because I don't know if it's important that nobody knows it or not.

:) I can see a 14 on that pictogram card. How thick are those glasses?

Isn't that just saying that you should get the 14th edition of the instruction book with your watch?

If you just bought the watch and it says 16 at the bottom then it is getting towards the later part of the year and it will be the same cards as used in 2015 for the upcoming watches.

Omega doesn't just make the cards, manuals and such as they sell things but in large batches and at a certain point of the year updating it for the year to follow. Although it says operation instructions edition they update every year so that is how the basis of year is approximated based on that number.

Yande, where'd you buy your timepiece from? Online or AD? It's possible that grey market doesn't mark anything on those cards.

    Hi LeDave..
    Apologies for my humour.

My watches have cards that are appropriately marked. These cards are just some that I have collected along the way. Similar to my Hang Tag Collection. They are great as props.
