Just a joke folks, based on the numeral styles being similar as pointed out above...made it up myself.

Yes, that's James Caan's character in the original 'Rollerball'
The only version worth watching, impossible to improve upon.

Even so I vote we call it the Oris Rollerball from now on

As I recall the remake wasn't that bad, and it certainly wasn't for lack of understanding the message. But yes, nothing special

I hate all watch nicknames and especially "speedy". Reminds me of back in high school when some wanna-be would call a sportster a "sporty".

This, i can heavily relate to.

I love these watches. I wanted the Oris Aquis Date for the longest time. I'm so indecisive that I had more than Oris money saved up by the time I was ready to plunge for a watch. Gonna grab something on a rubber strap from Oris though - maybe next year or 2022.

I too, can relate to indecisiveness.

You know, it kinda sounds fitting.

There are some special editions of the 65 that might be of interested.

I’d buy one of these Momotaro no-date special editions, if only they came in 36mm. And even better Oris can add in their in-house movement.

I would say the Oris 65 for Hodinkee is the most sought after.

Not really a fan of the fauxtina but I can see why some would like it.

I absolutely love the green dial.

Oddly, i never found anything super special about the specific LE model.
Dont get me wrong, its definitely nice, but i expected a bit more.
