Just looking for a bit of advice here. I have a 2018 SMPC and I am looking to purchase the 2019 SMPC rubber strap and fit this to the old model. Has anyone had success with this? I bought a cheap £30 eBay knock off strap to see how it would look but had to drill out the holes in the strap to get it to fit. I have added a image below and now that I’ve seen how it looks I really want the genuine strap. Will the Omega boutique be able to get the strap for me? Does anyone have an idea of price and will it fit or will I have to modify it?
    Any help is greatly appreciated
    Kindest regards
    Neil

Can you update on how your getting on with the eBay strap? Is the quality holding up? They seem a good option to try out before buying a genuine one.

£250.00 for the rubber strap but wouldn't fit due to case sizes would need a lot of messing around :(

That is strange, considering the eBay one fits?

I’ve just ordered this new style to go on my 2254 . I did hear someone say the lug holes needed enlarging, but it’s straight forward..?

    On a £30 strap yes I’d enlarge the pin holes but a £250.00 strap no I wouldn’t

I didn’t enlarge the holes just used a thinner pin and a lot of pushing and pulling
