Hi everyone. Thanks in advance for helping me on this.
Im considering buying this Omega Seamaster 600 ref 136.011 cal 166. However, the watch seems really new, shiny and well-preserved to me. Would that signal that it could be a redial, or what would you guys' take be on this? Price just under 700 dollars.
Thank you.

A sharp case and clean dial aren’t necessarily indicative of a redial. Plenty of watches have been well preserved over the last 50+ years.

In this case, although the pictures aren’t great so it’s hard to be certain, I do think it’s been redialed.

Edit: on second look I can’t be sure from those pics. Can you post better pics with the text unobstructed

High-res photos would be better, but I'm not seeing any obvious problems with the dial. These often seem to be pretty well preserved. The case also looks pretty good at first glance. I'm not sure I'm familiar with cal 166, but I think this should be a 600-series hand-winding movement, like a cal 611.
